What are cervicogenic headaches?

Headaches that are caused by underlying pain and dysfunction in your neck or cervical spine

What can cause these headaches

Poor posture, whiplash or sports injuries, arthritis, chronic tightness of muscles

What types of symptoms can these types of headaches cause?

Unilateral headaches, headaches that are worse with head movement, reduced neck mobility, and referred pain

  • Manual therapy and joint mobilization

  • Postural correction and ergonomic training/education
