Since graduating from Marymount University in 2019, Geoffrey has dedicated his career to the specialized field of vestibular rehabilitation. His passion lies in solving the 'missing pieces' of patient care—specifically for those navigating vestibular migraines and temporomandibular disorders (TMD) who may have otherwise felt overlooked by the healthcare system.
With a background in education prior to becoming a physical therapist, Geoff believes that a patient’s understanding of their condition is just as vital as the treatment itself. He founded his independent practice to bypass the common restrictions of insurance-based models, ensuring that every patient receives the focused, effective, and unhurried care they deserve to regain their independence.

Initial Clinical Evaluation
60 minutes ($220)
A comprehensive, 60-minute one-on-one session with Dr. Goidell. This evaluation includes specialized vestibular and TMD testing, a functional movement screen, and a collaborative goal-setting discussion. Unlike insurance-restricted visits, this time is dedicated entirely to you, ensuring an accurate diagnosis and an immediate start on your customized treatment or training plan.
Integrative Follow-up
60 minutes ($220)
Our integrative follow-up is designed to bridge the gap between clinical rehabilitation and high-level wellness. This is a focused hour of specialized physical therapy care, specifically tailored for those managing vestibular disorders, TMJ, migraines, and age-related balance challenges

Balance and Wellness Training
60 minutes ($220)
A specialized wellness session designed for active adults who want to proactively manage their health and longevity. These are NOT traditional physical therapy sessions focused on injury recovery; rather, they are high-level fitness and balance training sessions led by a Doctor of Physical therapy.

Focused TMJ Treatment Session
30 minutes ($140)
A focused 30-minute in-person treatment session for established patients with jaw pain, muscle tension, or TMJ-related symptoms who do not require a full one-hour visit. Treatment may include dry needling, targeted manual therapy, and other individualized techniques based on your symptoms and clinical needs.
Dry needling is a Physical Therapy intervention and is not acupuncture. Treatment recommendations, including the use of dry needling, are based on an individualized physical therapy evaluation and the clinician's professional judgment. Dry needling may not be appropriate for every patient.

Virtual Clarity Session
30 minutes ($120)
Expert care, completely tailored to your schedule-wherever you are.
Our Virtual Clarity Sessions offer the exact same elite clinical expertise as our in-person care, delivered directly to your screen. Designed as a seamless, high value alternative to in-person visits, these 30-minute sessions ensure your recovery never skips a beat, whether you are traveling, at the office, or relaxing at home.

Unlike traditional clinics, our concierge model ensures you never have to worry about "add-on" fees for specialized care.
Dry Needling: If your condition requires it, dry needling is integrated into your 60 minute session at no extra cost.
Manual Therapy: Hands-on techniques for the TMJ, neck, and spine are a cornerstone of our physical treatment.
Empowerment Education: Every visit includes time to explain the why behind your symptoms, giving you the clarity to manage your recovery independently.
Direct Access: Between sessions, you have a direct line to your doctor for questions and support.

We are considered an out of network provider for private insurance. We will be happy to provide a superbill which can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary depending on individual insurance plans.

In most cases, no. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy Maryland allows patients to seek physical therapy directly without a physician referral in many circumstances. If your specific situation requires physician involvement, I will coordinate that with you during your evaluation.

This is a comprehensive "Deep Dive." We will discuss your full history, perform a detailed physical and neurological assessment, and begin your first treatment. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your condition and a personalized "Roadmap to Clarity."

Most patients feel a slight "twitch" or a dull ache when the needle is inserted, but the sensation is brief. Many find the relief from chronic migraines, neck pain, and TMJ tension well worth the minor, temporary discomfort.

Yes! A significant portion of vestibular and TMJ recovery involves specialized education, habituation exercises, and movement coaching. Virtual visits are highly effective for tracking progress and adjusting your home program without the stress of travel.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, checks, HSA (Health Savings Account), and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards.

While we are "Out-of-Network," many PPO insurance plans offer reimbursement for our services. Upon request, I can provide you with a "Superbill" (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Because I reserve a full hour or more specifically for you, I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows me to offer the time slot to another patient who may be waiting for care.
Patients will be billed for the session in full if canceled without 24 hour notice
